Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take? +

Orders are typically produced within 2-5 business days. Shipping times depend on your location: EU orders arrive in 5-10 business days, US orders in 5-8 business days, and worldwide orders in 10-20 business days.

Do you ship internationally? +

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. We have production facilities in Europe and the USA to minimize shipping times and costs.

Is shipping really free? +

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within Europe and within North America. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping fee of $7. For international destinations, we charge a flat rate of $13 with no free shipping threshold.

Can I track my order? +

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.

Can I change or cancel my order? +

Since our products are made-to-order, we begin production quickly. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

What products do you offer? +

We offer eight product types: Canvas Prints (gallery-wrapped), Framed Prints (with glass, ready to hang), Posters (premium paper), Wooden Poster Hangers, Ceramic Mugs, Cushions (high-quality fabric), T-Shirts, and Sweatshirts. All printed with fade-resistant inks.

What is the print quality like? +

All prints are produced on museum-quality paper or canvas using fade-resistant, archival inks. Our products are designed to last for decades without fading.

What sizes are available? +

Sizes vary by product. Frames come in 8×12", 12×16", and 20×28". Posters are available in 12×16", 20×28", and 28×40". Pillows come in 16×16" and 20×20". Apparel comes in sizes S, M, L, XL and 2XL.

Can I request a custom quote? +

With thousands of quotes across 8 product types in various colors and sizes, we hope you find something you love. However, we welcome suggestions for new quotes via our contact form. Please note it takes time to create images for all product combinations, so publishing new quotes isn't instant. Suggested quotes should be of general interest to a profession—we can't accommodate highly personal requests.

Quality Guarantee

What is your quality guarantee? +

Every product is backed by our quality guarantee. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it free of charge. As all products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

What if my order arrives damaged? +

Contact us within 14 days with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost - no need to return the damaged item.

What issues are covered? +

Our guarantee covers shipping damage (bent frames, crushed packaging), print defects (color issues, smudges), manufacturing problems (faulty frames, loose canvas), and wrong items.

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and various local payment methods depending on your region.

Is my payment information secure? +

Yes, all payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.

Do you charge VAT/tax? +

VAT and sales tax are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location. EU orders include VAT, and US orders may include applicable state sales tax.
