Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take? +

Orders are typically produced within 2-5 business days. Shipping times depend on your location: EU orders arrive in 5-10 business days, US orders in 5-8 business days, and worldwide orders in 10-20 business days.

Do you ship internationally? +

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. We have production facilities in Europe and the USA to minimize shipping times and costs.

Is shipping really free? +

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over €50 (or $55 USD). Orders under this threshold have a flat shipping fee of €6.95.

Can I track my order? +

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.

Can I change or cancel my order? +

Since our products are made-to-order, we begin production quickly. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Products & Quality

What products do you offer? +

We offer four product types: Classic Frames (with glass and ready to hang), Posters (printed on premium paper), Pillows (with high-quality fabric), and Phone Cases (for most phone models).

What is the print quality like? +

All prints are produced on museum-quality paper or canvas using fade-resistant, archival inks. Our products are designed to last for decades without fading.

What sizes are available? +

Sizes vary by product. Frames come in 20x30, 30x40, and 50x70cm. Posters are available in 30x40, 50x70, and 70x100cm. Pillows come in 40x40 and 50x50cm.

Can I customize the design? +

Yes! You can choose from four design styles (Minimal, Bold, Vintage, Botanical) and customize colors using our color picker. Each design is unique to your selection.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? +

We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us and we'll arrange a return or replacement.

What if my order arrives damaged? +

We're sorry if that happens! Please take a photo of the damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost.

How do I request a refund? +

Contact our support team with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and various local payment methods depending on your region.

Is my payment information secure? +

Yes, all payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.

Do you charge VAT/tax? +

VAT and sales tax are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location. EU orders include VAT, and US orders may include applicable state sales tax.
